Chemist Warehouse Digital Gift Card

1. Digital Chemist Warehouse gift cards are redeemable online and in-store at Chemist Warehouse and Ultra Beauty. They cannot be redeemed at Chemist Warehouse Optometry in-store or online.
2. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, cannot be reloaded, and cannot be used for payment of credit or retail accounts. If a purchase exceeds the card balance, the difference must be paid with another accepted payment method.
3. Gift cards expire 36 months from date of issue. Any unused balance after expiry will not be refunded or credited.
4. Gift cards cannot be used for the purchase of:
   – Prescription medications
   – Medical services (including vaccinations)
   – Any item requiring a prescription or healthcare professional’s recommendation
5. Customers are responsible for the safe keeping of their gift card details. Chemist Warehouse will not replace lost, stolen, or misused gift cards.
6. Chemist Warehouse reserves the right to amend gift card terms and conditions at any time. For the most current version, visit the Chemist Warehouse website.

VALID PRESCPRIPTION

All orders for contact lenses required a valid prescription provided by a registered optometrist. By placing an order with Chemist Warehouse Optometry you are confirming that you have a valid prescription issued by a registered optometrist, you are ordering product that corresponds to your prescription and you are not experiencing any issues or discomfort with the product your prescription is valid for. You understand that we will not fulfil your order unless you confirm you have a valid prescription.

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for Visa or Mastercard transactions with chemistwarehouseoptometry.com.au. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed as soon as your order is placed. This is done to protect the security of your credit card details, as we do not store your card details at any point. In the event that we cannot fulfil your order or some items cannot be shipped, we will refund the difference back to your credit card. These refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

chemistwarehouseoptometry.com.au reserves the right to monitor and limit the purchase amounts and/or purchase frequency of products at its sole discretion. chemistwarehouseoptometry.com.au reserves the right to restrict sales to a non-commercial level at its sole discretion (including in respect of sales on a recurring basis). In such cases chemistwarehouseoptometry.com.au will reduce product(s) and/or order frequency to what chemistwarehouseoptometry.com.au considers a non-commercial supply.

As such by agreeing to purchase the goods in your basket today, you accept that chemistwarehouseoptometry.com.au or associated suppliers are responsible for the picking packing and dispatching of your goods to you. If for any reason whatsoever, be it taxes, custom law, duties or any other reasons whatsoever your parcel does not make it to your door and Optometrist Warehouse or our suppliers have picked, packed and dispatched the goods you have ordered, whilst we regret the non-delivery, chemistwarehouseoptometry.com.au is unable to refund your payment. 

chemistwarehouseoptometry.com.au uses Australia Post and other equally reputable international couriers for your delivery, so you can have absolute confidence that if your order fails to arrive it is not a function of the courier but rather a regulatory hurdle. Given the quality of our courier partners, if your delivery arrives damaged please let us know and we will endeavour to either resupply the goods or refund your payment based on the individual circumstances. However outside of this non damaged delivery guarantee chemistwarehouseoptometry.com.au is unable to guarantee goods purchased on our web site will be compliant with your local laws and regulations and as such be permitted to make it to your door.
